Trouble viewing the web cameras?

  • Not working at all?
    You must be using Internet Explorer with ActiveX - (this will change in the future to make it compatible across more browsers)

  • Getting weird security messages?
    Go to the Webcam Security Settings Help page

  • Username and password not working?
    Make sure you type in all lowercase
    guest (for the user name) and
    ebatlive (for the password)

  • Any other problems?
    Please leave a comment on this forum page so we can fix it.
